摘要
海洋钻探是海洋勘探开发中风险极大的手段之一,在遇到紧急情况时往往需要抛弃部分水下装置尽快撤离,为了既保证撤离时间,又减少弃钻损失,提出了一种基于海底基盘的弃钻剪钳方案,即将整个钻柱从海床面切断,抛弃地层中的所有钻杆、钻具,仅回收海床面以上的相关钻具;弃钻剪钳安装在海底基盘内部并借助其动力,采用金刚石绳锯的形式,突破了水深及钻探船的限制;经过陆地试验,验证了技术方案的合理性并获得了最优的组合参数,为后续实现海洋钻探安全与事故处理提供技术和装备支撑。
Ocean drilling is one of the most dangerous means in ocean exploration and exploitation.In case of emergency,it is often necessary to abandon some underwater devices and evacuate as soon as possible.In order to ensure the withdrawal time and reduce the loss of abandoned drilling,in this paper,a method of drill rods cutting machine based on the seabed frame is proposed.The whole drill string is cut off from the surface of the sea bed,and all drill rods and drill tools in the formation are discarded while only the relevant drill tools above the surface of the sea bed are recovered.The drill rods cutting machine is installed inside the seabed frame and driven by the power of the seabed frame.To break through the limitations of water depth and the drilling ship,the said machine use the guidelines of the usage of the diamond wire saw cutting a pipeline in deep water.After conducting an onshore test,the rationality of the technology scheme is verified and the best combination of parameters are obtained,which provides technical and equipment support for the subsequent implementation of ocean drilling accident management.
