摘要
针对自动矿泉水供货机进行了机械结构设计。在设计过程中,首先选择所供货的对象为市面上较为常见的康师傅550ml矿泉水,以其外形特征、规格尺寸、重量等参数作为供货机的设计要求。其次,结合总矿泉水的载荷以及尺寸等数据来确定供货的方式,设计了出供货轨道、出货装置、箱体结构等。确定了以双槽钢竖直固定的四个轨道来储存矿泉水。在轨道底下设置半圆筒,两端以轴承支撑,其中一端设置一个齿轮,四个半圆筒中间设置隔板,原始半圆筒的位置为每个依次相差90°。最后,设置电机来驱动齿轮获得动力,齿轮每次旋转90°就有一个半圆筒朝下,利用矿泉水的重力,来实现矿泉水的掉落。该出货方式可以方便地实现不同轨道矿泉水的出货,且结构简单,成本较低。
In this paper,the mechanical structure design of the automatic mineral water supplier was carried out.During the design process,firstly,the supply object was determined to the 550 ml mineral water of Master Kang,which was more common on the market.The design requirements of the supplier were the shape,sizes,weights and other parameters.Secondly,combined with the data of load and size of the total mineral water,the mode of supply was determined,and the delivery track,delivery device,box structure and so on were designed.Four vertical fixed tracks with double channel steel were determined to store mineral water.A semi-cylinder was arranged under the track and supported by bearings at both ends.A gear was mounted on one side of the shaft of semi-cylinder,and separators were set in the middle of the four semi-cylinders.The original position of the semi-cylinder was 90 degrees different from each other successively.Finally,the motor was set to drive the gear to obtain power.Every time the gear rotated 90 degrees,one semi-cylinder faced down.The gravity of mineral water was used to realize the fall of mineral water.The shipping way could easily realize the delivery of mineral water from different tracks,and had simple structure and low cost.
