摘要 火花探测及熄除系统是一种针对导致火灾或爆炸早期诱因的预防性措施。在国内,火花探测及熄除系统已取得了较好的成果并投入实际生产应用。然而,相关火花探测器工作状态的标准、规范以及检测技术尚未报道。为了有效、可靠地预防火灾和爆炸事故发生,急需形成火花探测器工作状态的检测试验能力,建立火花探测器工作状态检测技术的国家标准。基于此,研制了潜在爆炸性环境用火花探测器工作状态检测试验装置。结果表明:该试验装置能够检测火花探测装置灵敏性、精确性、可靠性等产品特性,可为研究潜在爆炸性环境用火花探测及熄除产品在生产工艺设备中防火防爆性能提供检测试验平台,并对建立火花探测器工作状态检测技术的国家标准提供参考依据。 The spark-detection and extinguishing system is a preventive measure focused on the cause of fire and early inducement of explosion.In China,the spark-detection and extinguishing system has made the good progress and put into practical production application.However,relevant working state of spark detector standards,specifications,and testing techniques have not been reported.In order to effectively and reliably prevent fire and explosion accidents,it is urgent to form the detection and testing capability of working state of spark detector,and establish a national standard for the working state of spark detector.In this paper,we have developed a detection and testing devices for working state of spark detector used in the potentially explosive environment.The results show that the test device can detect the product characteristics such as sensitivity,accuracy and reliability of the spark detection device.It can provide a testing and testing platform for the study of fire-proof and explosion-proof performance of spark-detection and extinguishing product for potentially explosive atmospheres in the production process,and a reference for the national standard establishment of working state of spark detector.
