摘要
针对博思格120 t折弯机系统进行升级改造,改造方法如下:使用PLC控制器替换原驱动板电路;增加触摸屏,实现系统中对折弯长度和角度的设置等操作;完成系统滑块位置校准;完成系统后挡料位置的校准;完成对触摸屏操作界面设计;完成对PLC程序设计,增加多组折弯参数的设置功能。目的是通过增加MicroLogix 1500控制器和Panel View Component人机界面两大核心部件提升系统效率,降低成本,操作便捷,使得人机界面实用方便,达到系统优化。
In this paper,the system of Bosch 120t bending machine is upgraded by following methods:replacing the original drive board circuit with PLC controller;increasing touch screen to realize the setting of bending length and angle in the system;completing the position calibration of slider;completing the position calibration of blocking material after the system;completing the design of touch screen operation interface;complete the programming of PLC and add the setting function of multi-group bending parameters.The purpose is to increase the efficiency of the system,reduce the cost and operate conveniently by adding two core components of MicroLogix 1500 controller and panel view component human-machine interface,so as to make the human-machine interface practical and convenient and achieve system optimization.
