摘要
介绍了基于S7-1200PLC和HMI的实验平台系统的核心PID温度控制系统的硬件组成和工作原理。通过可操控的上位机对温控系统进行非静态监控,设定PID温度控制值。这种控制模式不仅利用了PLC具抗干扰能力强、方便可靠适用性强的优点,而且借HMI组态软件所具有的强大的开放性和出色的设备操作状态实时信息显示的优点,还可以实现温度检测和闭环控制功能。
The hardware composition and working principle of the core PID temperature control system based on S7-1200PLC and HMI experimental platform system are introduced.The temperature control system is non-statically monitored by a steerable host computer,and the PID temperature control value is set.This control mode not only utilizes the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,convenient and reliable applicability of PLC,but also can realize real-time information display of HMI configuration software with powerful openness and excellent equipment operation status,which can realize temperature detection and closed-loop control.Features.
