唐钢中厚板TRT设备优化与应用

摘要 针对唐钢中厚板材公司1号TRT透平机组存在的问题,采取透平机改造、轴端密封优化和顶压调节控制程序优化等措施,确保了TRT长周期安全稳定运行,实现了日发电量提高4.78万kWh,平均吨铁发电量提高7.13kWh。 In view of the existing problems in the No.1 TRT turbine unit,a serious measures including modification of turbine, shaft end seal optimization and top pressure regulating control program optimization were adopted. After these measures we can ensure that TRT can be safe and steady operation for a long period of time. At the same time, power generation output was increased 47800kWh per day, and the capacity of iron was increased 7.13kWh per ton.
