摘要
目的建立测定药用麦芽糊精中还原糖含量的铁氰化钾紫外-可见法。方法利用铁氰化钾试剂与麦芽糊精中的还原糖反应,采用分光光度计检测还原糖,并进行方法学验证。结果所建立的方法简便、可行;经验证,线性范围为0.50~4.00μg/mL,定量限为0.13μg/mL;平均回收率为95.35%,RSD为5.19%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度好、结果稳定,适用于麦芽糊精中还原糖含量测定。
Objective To establish a Park-Johnson ferricyanide submicromethod(ultraviolet-visible)for the content determination of reducing sugar in pharmaceutical maltodextrin.Methods Making use of the reaction of potassium ferricyanide reagent with reducing sugar in maltodextrin,the reducing sugar was determined by spectrophotometer and validated by methodology.Results The established method was simple and feasible.After verification,the linear range was 0.50-4.00μg/m L,the quantitative limit was 0.13μg/m L,and the average recovery was 95.35%and RSD was 5.19%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and stable,which is suitable for the content determination of reducing sugar in maltodextrin.
