放射性肺炎的中医药治疗进展

胸部放疗常引起肺实质损伤,诱发放射性肺炎,如不及时控制,进一步诱发肺纤维化,严重影响病人呼吸功能及生活质量,甚则危及生命。如何减少其发生发展是目前亟需解决的临床问题,而中医药在防治放射性肺损伤具有显著疗效,本文就放射性肺损伤中医防治做一综述。

Chest radiotherapy often leads to pulmonary parenchymal injury and induces radiation pneumonitis.If we don’t control it in time,then pulmonary fibrosis would be induced,which seriously affects respiratory function,affects patients′ quality of life,and even endangers life.So,how to reduce its occurrence and development is a clinical problem that needs to be solved at present.While Chinese medicine has significant curative effect in preventing and treating radiation-induced lung injury.And this article will review the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced lung injury.
