高铁铺架施工智能化系统的研究与开发

摘要 针对高铁铺架施工跨度大、涉及学科和工序繁多,智能化要求高等问题,设计并实现了一款高铁铺架施工智能化系统,该系统采用B/S架构,MVC开发模式进行整体架构设计,采用ASP.NET语言实现动态Web网页,采用数据仓库技术和Apriori算法进行数据处理和挖掘。从组织施工调查模块、设计文件审核模块、竣工验收模块、完善移交模块等4个模块对平台进行了详细设计。通过实际验证得知,文章开发的高铁铺架施工智能化系统运行稳定,实用性较好,对提高我国高速铁路铺架施工的智能化水平具有积极意义。 In view of the large span for high-speed railway track laying construction,involving many disciplines and various processes,high requirement of intellectualization,an intelligent system for high-speed railway track laying construction was designed and implemented.The system used B/S architecture,MVC development mode for overall architecture design,ASP.NET language for dynamic Web pages,data warehouse technology and Apriori algorithm for data processing and mining.The system was designed in detail from four modules:organization construction investigation module,design document audit module,completion acceptance module and improving handover module.Practice has proved that the intelligent track laying construction system of high-speed railway developed in this paper runs stably and has good practicability,which has positive significance for improving the intelligent level of track laying construction of high-speed railway in China.
