随着教育创新和体制变革的不断深入,成人继续教育的管理难度明显加大,传统管理方式已经无法适应新时期管理等方面的需要。本文从研究信息、序变和下跳棋的哲学思维入手,对成人继续教育事业发展的创造精神进行深入思考,实现管理思想的变革与创新,进而给成人继续教育的学校教育和学习方式变革带来动力。

With the deepening of educational innovation and institutional reform, the difficulty of the management of continuing education for adults continues to increase, and the traditional management method cannot meet the needs of management in the new period. This article, starting from the philosophical thoughts of studying information, order change and playing checkers, makes a deeply thinking about the initiative spirit of the development of continuing education for adults, so as to realize the transformation and innovation of management ideas, and further to bring impetus to reform of school education and learning way in continuing education for adults.
