摘要
桨叶干燥机是一种新型的、性能优越的热传导型干燥设备。通过比较桨叶干燥机上夹套与壳体连接的两种结构的特点和承压性能,认为蜂窝夹套结构比多块隔板焊接连接夹套结构更有优势,重点阐述了蜂窝夹套结构的优化措施,如蜂窝夹套结构的设计、防焊接变形技术以及焊接过程中的质量控制,为桨叶干燥机的设计、制造提供经验。
The paddle dryer is a new heat conduction type of drying equipment with excellent performance.By comparing the features and pressure bearing performance of two types of structures connecting the jacket of the paddle dryer to the shell,it is concluded that the dimple jacket structure is better compared to multiple welded spacer plates for connecting with the jacket structure.The optimization measures for the dimple jacket structure are highlighted,including the design of the dimple jacket structure,the technique to prevent welding deformation,and the quality control during welding,which provides experiences for the design and manufacturing of paddle dryers.
