摘要
儿童肥胖与支气管哮喘之间的联系已被许多流行病学研究所证实肥胖通过环境、遗传、炎症及机械作用等因素影响支气管哮喘的发生、严重程度、治疗及预后目前肥胖型哮喘的相关研究主要集中在儿童肥胖型哮喘的发病机制上其中神经内分泌因素对儿童肥胖型哮喘的影响越来越受重视且合理运用大数据及人工智能等新方法对数据进行处理也为儿童肥胖型哮喘的研究提供便利未来除了继续深入研究儿童肥胖型哮喘的作用机制以为其诊断和防治提供理论基础外儿童肥胖型哮喘的基因治疗也可能成为研究热点。
Association of obesity and asthma has been demonstrated in numerous epidemiological studies.Obesity affects the incidence,severity,treatment and prognosis of asthma through environmental,genetic,inflammatory and mechanical effects.At present,the research on obesity-type asthma mainly focuses on the pathogenesis of childhood obesity-type asthma,and the neuroendocrine factors influence has been paid more and more attention.The rational use of large data and artificial intelligence to process data also facilitates the research on childhood obesity-type asthma.In the future,besides further study on the mechanism of childhood obesity-type asthma to provide a theoretical basis for its diagnosis and prevention,gene therapy may also become a research hotspot.
