摘要 丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Serpin)超家族成员在多种生物体的基因家族中存在,其参与了机体多种生命活动的调节。SerpinD1是其中的一员,与多种疾病的发生发展具有相关性,如代谢性疾病、血管性疾病和肿瘤等;SerpinD1随表达部位的不同而发挥不同的生物学作用,且对于疾病的诊断及治疗也具有一定的指导意义。未来,进一步对SerpinD1介导治疗疾病的机制和疗效进行深入探究,可能为疾病的诊疗提供新方向,从而最大限度地缓解甚至治愈多种疾病。 Serine protease inhibitor(Serpin) superfamily members exist in the gene family of many organisms and participate in the regulation of various life activities,and SerpinD1 is one of them.It is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases,such as metabolic diseases,vascular diseases and tumors.SerpinD1 plays different biological roles with different expression sites,and has a certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In the future ,further research on the mechanism and efficacy of SerpinD1-mediated treatment of diseases may provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases,so as to alleviate or even cure various diseases to the greatest extent.
