单行方在脾胃病中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Single Traditional Chinese Herbal Prescription in Spleen and Stomach Diseases

单行方的临床运用源远流长,从最古老的《五十二病方》《黄帝内经》到后世众多医籍均有大量相关记载。临床中单行方用于治疗脾胃病,或单用,或配合主方使用,具有佐助增效、兼治他证、引药归经、减毒避害及长期调理等作用。在以脾胃病为代表的慢性疾病治疗中,单行方对提高患者依从性,减少中药毒副作用和降低医疗费用有积极意义。未来可通过挖掘更多简便易行的单行方,在更多慢性疾病治疗中就其使用方法、剂量及疗效等展开研究。

Single traditional Chinese herbal prescription has a long history of clinical application,from the oldest "Fifty -two Prescriptions","Huangdi′s Classic of Internal Medicine" to many medical books of later generations,there is a large number of relevant records.In clinic,single traditional Chinese herbal prescription is used to treat spleen and stomach diseases,in singlular prescription,or combined with the main prescription,which has the functions of assisting and synergizing effect,treating other syndromes,inducing drugs to meridians,reducing toxicity and avoiding harm,and long-term conditioning.In the treatment of chronic diseases represented by spleen and stomach diseases,single traditional Chinese herbal prescription has great significance in improving the patients′ compliance,reducing the toxic and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine and lowering the medical costs.In the future,more simple and feasible single prescriptions should be excavated to study their usage,dosage and efficacy in the treatment of more chronic diseases.
