关节镜去神经化治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic denervation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探究观察关节镜去神经化治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,总结临床经验。方法:收治行关节镜去神经化治疗膝骨关节炎患者63例,成功随访60例。膝关节功能评价方式选择Lysholm评分和美国纽约特种外科医院膝关节功能评分(HSS),膝关节疼痛性评价采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)。统计分析手术前后的膝关节功能性评分和膝关节疼痛性评价。结果:术后随访最后1次Lysholm评分、HSS评分显著高于手术前的评分,膝关节功能得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分显著低于手术前的评分,膝关节疼痛程度明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜去神经化治疗膝骨关节炎在改善患者膝关节功能和减轻膝关节疼痛方面具有显著的效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic denervation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and to summarize clinical experience.Methods:63 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,60 of whom were followed up successfully.Lysholm score and knee joint function score(HSS)of New York Special Surgery Hospital were selected for knee function evaluation.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used for knee joint pain evaluation.We made a statistical analysis of knee functional score and knee pain evaluation before and after operation.Results:The Lysholm score and HSS score of the last follow-up visit after operation were significantly higher than those before operation,and knee joint function was improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score was significantly lower than that before operation,and knee pain was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic denervation treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effects in improving knee joint function and relieving knee pain.
