七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床麻醉的效果观察

Observation on the clinical anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask during laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探究在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩的临床麻醉效果。方法:收治进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者70例,分为两组,通过分析手术中患者的麻醉效果和麻醉时间,对七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩的临床麻醉效果进行评价。结果:经过一段时间的临床观察记录,对照组苏醒时间、意识恢复时间多于试验组,意识恢复后疼痛级别的大小高于试验组,两组临床麻醉效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩的临床麻醉效果要明显优于实施异氟醚复合芬太尼进行麻醉的效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Mehthods:70 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the two groups were anesthetized in different ways.The clinical anesthesia effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask was analyzed by analyzing the anesthesia effect and anesthesia time of patients during operation.Results:After a period of clinical observation,the recovery time,recovery time of consciousness and the level of pain after recovery of consciousness in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group.The difference in clinical anesthesia between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask is significantly better than that of isoflurane combined with fentanyl for anesthesia.
