30G注射针头在玻璃体腔注药术中的应用

Application of 30G injection needle in vitreous cavity injection

目的:探讨在进行玻璃体腔注药术时采用30G注射针头与传统25G注射针头的优劣势。方法:收治需行玻璃体腔注药术患者40例,随机分为25G针头组与30G针头组各20例。30G针头组采用30G注射针头进行穿刺,25G针头组采用25G注射针头穿刺,观察两组患者在术后的结膜下出血情况,患者的疼痛感以及术前、术后0.5h及1h眼压,并进行对比研究。结果:30G针头组结膜下出血、疼痛两个方面显著优于25G针头组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术前与术后1h25G针头组显著低于30G针头组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用30G的注射针头进行玻璃体腔注药术能有效减少并发症,减轻患者的疼痛。

Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of 30G needle and 25G needle in vitreous cavity injection.Methods:40 patients who needed vitreous cavity injection were selected,they were randomly divided into the 25G needle group and the 30G needle group.The 30G needle group was punctured with 30G needle and the 25G needle group was punctured with 25G needle.The subconjunctival hemorrhage,pain,intraocular pressure and intraocular pressure before and after operation were observed.A comparative study was carried out.Results:The subconjunctival hemorrhage and pain in the 30G needle group were significantly better than those in the 25G needle group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups before operation and 1 hour after operation in the 25G needle group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitreous injection with 30G needle can effectively reduce complications and reduce pain in patients.
