胎儿结构畸形检查中早中孕系统超声筛查的应用分析

摘要 目的:研究胎儿结构畸形检查中早中孕系统超声筛查的应用效果。方法:收治分娩胎儿2860例,其中早、中孕期接受超声科检查,早孕期为11~13+6周,中孕期20~24周。分别观察早中孕期接受超声科诊断胎儿畸形检出率及结构畸形类型构成比。结果:2860例胎儿中发现畸形100例,畸形发生率为(3.50%),其中早孕期诊断出45例(45.00%),中孕期诊断出55例(55.00%)。胎儿畸形类型包括中枢神经畸形、颜面部畸形、颈部水囊瘤、心血管畸形、前腹部畸形、骨骼系统畸形、泌尿系统畸形,其中早孕期诊断结果显示颈部水囊瘤、骨骼系统畸形、神经系统畸形构成比最高,中孕期诊断结果显示心血管系统畸形、颜面部畸形、神经系统畸形构成比最高。结论:胎儿结构畸形检查中早中孕系统超声筛查的应用效果显著,可有效提高胎儿结构畸形检出率。 Objective:To study the effect of ultrasound screening for early and middle pregnancy system in the examination of fetal structural malformations.Methods:2 860 fetuses were selected.The fetuses were examined by ultrasonography in early and middle gestation 11~13+6 weeks and in middle gestation 20~24 weeks.The detection rate of fetal malformation and the composition ratio of structural malformation were observed.Results:Malformation was found in 100 of 2 860 fetuses(3.50%),including 45 cases diagnosed in early pregnancy(45.00%)and 55 cases diagnosed in middle pregnancy(55.00%).Fetal malformation type including the central nervous system abnormalities,facial deformity,neck hygroma,cardiovascular abnormalities,abdominal deformity,skeletal system malformation,urinary tract abnormalities,including early pregnancy diagnosis results show that the neck hygroma,skeletal system malformation and nervous system abnormalities than highest,prenatal diagnosis results show that in the cardiovascular system malformation,facial deformities and nervous system abnormalities than the highest.Conclusion:The application of systematic ultrasound screening in the examination of fetal structural malformations has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the detection rate of fetal structural malformations.
