胆囊癌诊断治疗研究新进展

New progress in diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer

胆囊癌(GBC)是一种最常见的胆道系统恶性肿瘤,具有隐匿性、易侵袭转移、早期诊断难、预后差等特点,GBC仅依靠生化检查、影像学检查难以确诊。近年来,由于GBC不同阶段生存率存在显著差异,人们对GBC的诊治越来越重视,提高疾病的早期诊断率尤为重要。随着对GBC发病机制、免疫应答和靶点探索的深入研究,GBC诊断和治疗取得了一些新的进展。文章就GBC的发病机制、转移途径、诊断和治疗进展进行综述。

Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the biliary system.It has the characteristics of concealment,easy invasion and metastasis,difficult early diagnosis and poor prognosis.It is difficult to diagnose GBC only by biochemical examination and imaging examination.In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the diagnosis and treatment of GBC because of the significant difference of survival rate in different stages of GBC.It is particularly important to improve the early diagnosis rate of GBC.With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis,immune response and target of GBC,some new advances have been made in the diagnosis and treatment of GBC.This article reviews the pathogenesis,metastasis,diagnosis and treatment of GBC.
