2013—2018年湛江进出口水产品兽药残留结果分析 被引量:9

摘要 水产品兽药残留是水产品出现质量安全问题的最主要诱因。本文对2013—2018年在原湛江出入境检验检疫局检验检疫技术中心食品实验室所检测的进出口水产品兽药残留项目进行统计分析,结果发现,各项目阳性率总体呈下降趋势,但在2018年又有所上升。检出率是硝基呋喃类代谢物>四环素类>磺胺类>氯霉素和喹诺酮类>孔雀石绿结晶紫类。硝基呋喃类4项的检出率是SEM>AOZ>AMOZ>AHD。硝基呋喃类代谢物应作为湛江进出口水产品的重点检测项目,并提出了针对有关防治兽药残留的对策及建议。 Veterinary drug residues are the main cause of aquatic product quality and safety problems.In this paper,the veterinary drug residues of import and export aquatic products tested in food laboratories of IQTC from 2013 to 2018 were statistically analyzed.The results show that the positive rate of all projects show an overall downward trend,but increased in 2018.The value of positive rate is nitrofuran metabolites>tetracycline>sulfamide>chloramphenicol and quinolone>malachite green and crystal violet.The positive rate of nitrofuran metabolites is SEM>AOZ>AMOZ>AHD.Nitrofuran metabolites should be the key detection items of zhanjiang import and export aquatic products.The countermeasures and suggestions to prevent veterinary drug residues are put forward in this paper.
