高效液相色谱法检测三氯蔗糖的方法比较 被引量:3

摘要 通过比对不同色谱柱在高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)检测饮料中三氯蔗糖的性能,提供了不同的分析方法。采用配备示差折光检测器的高效液相色谱仪,分别使用C18反相色谱柱和Hi-Plex H色谱柱,对同一个样品进行检测。结果显示,两种方法在20~400 mg/L时,以三氯蔗糖的浓度与相应的峰面积做标准曲线,r=0.999 9,相关性良好,加标回收率为98%~103%,检出限为0.000 5 g/kg。由此得出,两种方法均能够达到国家标准的要求,并且快速、灵敏、环保,提高了高效液相色谱检测饮料中三氯蔗糖的检测效率和安全性。 By comparing the performance of different chromatographic columns in the detection of sucralose in beverages by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),different analytical methods are provided.The same sample is detected by high performance liquid chromatography with differential refractive detector,C18 reversed phase column and Hi-Plex H column,respectively.The results show that when the two methods are 20-400 mg/L,the concentration of sucralose and the corresponding peak area are used as the standard curve,r=0.999 9.The correlation between the two methods is good.The recovery of standard addition is 98%-103%,and the detection limit is 0.000 5 g/kg.It is concluded that the two methods can meet the requirements of national standards,and are fast,sensitive and environmentally friendly,which improves the detection efficiency and safety of sucralose in beverages by high performance liquid chromatography.
