电子电气设备电源端骚扰电压检测的内部质量监控分析

摘要 本文在以梳状信号发生器为标准的被测设备及人工电源网络计量后首次测得的电源端骚扰电压值为参考值,在考虑骚扰电压测试不确定度影响的基础上,分析了表征骚扰电压检测质量的能力统计量En,以证实实验室的骚扰测试结果的满意度位于置信区间,达到了内部质量监控的目的。 In this paper,the disturbance voltage at the power supply end measured for the first time by comb signal generator and artificial power network is taken as reference value.Considering the influence of uncertainty of disturbance voltage test,the ability statistic En,which characterizes the quality of disturbance voltage detection,is analyzed to verify the disturbance test knot in the laboratory.The satisfaction degree of fruit is located in the confidence interval,which achieves the purpose of internal quality control.
