济宁市医用织物洗涤现况调查及消毒质量检测分析

Analysis of Washing Status and Disinfection Quality of Medical Fabrics in Jining

为了了解济宁市医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量状况,探讨行业管理模式,同时为加强洗涤机构清洗消毒规范化管理及制定医用织物感染风险防控措施提供科学依据。选择济宁市辖区开展医用织物洗涤业务的68家洗涤机构作为调查对象,进行基本情况调查及环境卫生学和洗涤后清洁织物的消毒质量综合监测与评价。结果显示,2010—2018年共采集监测环境卫生学各类样品6638份,总平均合格率为60.02%;同时监测洗涤后清洁织物1983份,总的平均合格率为94.50%。经卡方检验,不同类别环境卫生学监测样品总体合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同类别洗涤机构的消毒隔离及防护培训措施执行率、环境卫生学监测和清洁织物合格率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。由此得出,济宁市医用织物洗涤消毒质量总体较差,建议今后加强国家相关标准规范的宣传和培训,以及对重点环节的有效行政监管,探索多部门参与的综合管理模式。

In order to understand the disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions in Jining,explore the management mode of the industry,provide scientific basis for strengthening the standardized management of cleaning and disinfection of washing institutions and formulating the risk prevention and control measures for medical fabric infection,68 washing institutions in Jining municipality are selected as the objects of investigation,and basic situation investigation and environmental hygiene are carried out.Comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of disinfection quality of clean fabrics after learning and washing.The results show that 6 638 samples of environmental hygiene were collected from 2010 to 2018,with an average qualified rate of 60.02%,and 1 983 samples of cleaned fabrics are monitored,with an average qualified rate of 94.50%.Chi-square test show that there are significant differences in the overall qualified rate of different types of environmental hygiene monitoring samples(P<0.05);there are significant differences in the implementation rate of disinfection,isolation and protective training measures,environmental hygiene monitoring and the qualified rate of clean fabrics among different types of washing institutions(P<0.05).It is concluded that the washing and disinfection quality of medical fabrics in Jining is generally poor.It is suggested that the publicity and training of relevant national standards and norms should be strengthened in the future,as well as effective administrative supervision of key links,and a comprehensive management model involving multiple departments should be explored.
