摘要
为了探究检验前质量控制在生化检测中的应用,为生化检测提供参考标准,选取52例样本作为此次研究对象。根据数字表将其随机分为对照组(n=26)和研究组(n=26),第1次生化检测时,两组生化检验对象均进行了严格的检验前质量控制,1周后进行第2次生化检测,对照组样本未进行检验前质量控制。第1次检验结果显示,对照组检测结果不准确率为23.28%,研究组检验结果不准确率为19.23%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2次结果显示,对照组检验标本检验结果不准确率为57.69%,与第1次检验结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组样本检验结果不准确率为19.23%,与第1次检验结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由此得出,生化检测前进行严格的质量控制,能有效提高生化检测质量,帮助医生更准确地判断患者病情,具有临床推广意义。
In order to explore the application of pre-test quality control in biochemical testing and provide reference standards for biochemical testing,52 samples are selected as the research object.According to the digital table,they are randomly divided into control group(n=26)and research group(n=26).At the first biochemical test,the subjects in both groups are strictly controlled before the test,and the second biochemical test is conducted one week later.The samples in control group are not controlled before the test.The results of the first test show that the inaccuracy rate is 23.28%in the control group,19.23%in the study group,and there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The second test show that the inaccuracy rate of the control group is 57.69%,which is significantly different from that of the first test(P<0.05).The inaccuracy rate of the sample test in the study group is 19.23%,and there is no significant difference compared with the first test(P>0.05).It is concluded that strict quality control before biochemical testing can effectively improve the quality of biochemical testing and help doctors to judge patients'condition more accurately,which is of clinical significance.
