摘要
新时代的教育观将社会教育与家庭教育、学校教育置于一体化的育人体系中,而社会教育是其中的薄弱环节。我国的社会教育历史悠久,历经了从古代到近代、现代再到新时代的变迁,具有教育对象全面化、满足民众需要为中心、教育组织推动等特点。新时代的社会教育面临着环境背景与政策制定、多方参与与统筹主体、教育载体与现实需求和教育分布与学习需求之间的四重矛盾。基于此,因战略需求与“基因”底色,开放大学在社会教育领域承担了领军的使命,通过构建完善的社会教育网络体系、加强对全省社会教育工作的统筹指导、打造特色社会教育品牌项目、提升社会教育服务能力和内涵,发挥领军作用。
The education concept of the new era places social education,family education and school education in an integrated education system,and social education is a weak link of it.Chinas social education has a long history.It has undergone changes from ancient times to modern times to new times,with the characteristics of the whole-people educating object,the people's needs-centered and promoting educational organizations.Social education in the new era also faces four contradictions;environmental background and policy formulation,multi-participation and coordinating subjects,educational carriers and actual needs,and educational distribution and learning needs.Based on this,due to the strategic needs and the"gene"background,open universities take the lead in social education through the establishment of a sound social education network system,strengthening the overall guidance of the provinces social education,developing social education brand with distinctive features,and promoting the service capability and the connotation of social education.
