The main task of modernization of private education in China is to improve the public nature of private education,so it is necessary to define the corporate attribute of private schools and implement the corporate governance.Only by speeding up the construction of corporate system and property right system in private schools,and continuously improving the public nature of private education,can private education in China truly become an important part of socialist education,national education and lifelong learning society.
