高中教师自我导向学习的调查研究——以山东省莘县为例 被引量:2

摘要 自我导向学习既是高中教师最为重要的学习方式,也是促进高中教师专业发展的基本路径.为调查高中教师自我导向学习的现状及存在问题,本研究以山东省莘县4所省市级规范性高中的教师为对象开展了调查研究.调查发现:高中教师自我导向学习的目标、计划、途径、策略、评价及外部支持等方面均存在诸多问题.高中教师自身应强化学习动机,增强自我效能感,加强策略学习,开展批判性反思;学校应浓厚学习氛围,建设学习型教师团队;教育行政部门应组织开展针对性培训,创建自我导向学习网络联盟. Self-directed learning is not only the most important learning method for high school teachers but also the basic path to promoting the professional development of high school teachers.In order to investigate the current situation and the existing problems of self-directed learning of high school teachers,this study takes teachers from four provincial and municipal normative high schools in Shen county,Shandong province as the objects of the investigation.It finds that there are many problems in high school teachers'self-directed learning goals,plans,approaches,strategies,evaluation and external support,etc.High school teachers themselves should strengthen their learning motivation,enhance self-efficacy,strengthen strategy learning,and carry out critical reflection;schools should create a strong learning atmosphere and build a learning-teacher team;educational administrative departments should organize targeted training and establish self-directed learning network alliance.
