摘要
内地西藏幼师双语教育实践教学体系的构建应以培养汉藏双语教育的专业理念、专业知识和专业能力为实践目标;实践教学内容凸显“双语教育”特色;考核内容和评价指标以“双语”方式呈现。高职院校可将实践教学内容细化为子项目,落实政策、经费和场地支持;保障校内实践教学环境、校外“双实习基地”建设、“双语双师型”实践教师队伍的建设,以缓解西藏地区对学前双语教育人才的迫切需求,改善内地西藏幼师人才培养实践教学现状。
To build the practical teaching system of bilingual education for preschool educational students in mainland colleges,firstly,it's should be as practical objective by cultivating the professional concept,professional knowledge and professional ability of bilingual education between Chinese and Tibetan.Secondly,the practical teaching content highlights the characteristics of"bilingual education".Thirdly,the assessment contents and evaluation indicators are presented by a bilingual way.However,the practical teaching content is able to be divided into sub-projects,and also the policies,funds and site supported by the vocational college,in addition,the practical teaching environment on-campus is to provide,the construction of"Double Practice Base"off-campus and the those of"Double-qualified Bilingual"practical teachers team will be conducive to easing the urgent demand for preschool bilingual education talents in Tibet autonomous region and improving the current situation of training Tibetan preschool teachers in practical teaching.
