The Bottleneck and Strategy to Help Poor Students for Party Member Teachers in Colleges and Universities

在全党决战贫困的关键时刻,高校党员教师应自觉加入精准扶贫队伍,主动帮扶贫困学生。然而,在实际工作中,由于针对贫困学生的帮扶工作学习欠深入、组织欠严谨、制度欠具体、机制欠科学,导致帮扶工作内缺动力、外缺压力、后缺推力、前缺引力。为适应全党精准扶贫要求与节奏,应加强学习以增动力、健全制度以增压力、丰富形式以增推力、全面挂钩以增引力,使党员教师从被动帮扶转变为主动帮扶,以提升帮扶的精准性和成效。

At the critical moment when the whole party is fighting against poverty,party member teachers in colleges and universities should consciously join the team of targeted poverty alleviation and take the initiative to help poor students.Then,due to the lack of in-depth study,rigorous organization,specific system and scientific mechanism of the assistance work for poor students in practical work,thus,there is a lack of internal power,external pressure,rear thrust and front gravity in the assistance work.To adapt to the requirements and rhythm of targeted poverty alleviation across the party,we should strengthen learning those knowledge to increase motivation,improve system to increase pressure,enrich forms to increase thrust,and comprehensively link to increase gravity,so that party members in the group of teachers can change from passive help to active help and improve its effectiveness.
