摘要 职业教育课程领导力是职教相关利益主体广泛参与和共同决策,为全面提高教育质量,提升学生学习品质,对课程进行设计、开发、实施和评价的能力。该文对课程领导利益相关者地位进行划分,并分析了其课程领导力的现状。从职业院校赋权增能、职教教师加强课程领导意识、加强专业学习三方面提升职教教师课程领导力。从培养职校生课程意识,搭建学习共同体平台,高度重视并加强职校生参与课程领导的研究三方面加强职校生课程领导力。 Curriculum leadership of vocational education is an ability that enables to design,develop,implement and evaluate course that the stakeholders of vocational education widely participate in and jointly make decisions to enhance the educational quality and students'learning skills.This paper divides the status of curriculum leadership stakeholders and analyzes the current situation of curriculum leadership.The curriculum leadership of vocational teachers should be improved from three aspects:empowering vocational colleges,strengthening vocational teachers'awareness of curriculum leadership,and strengthening professional learning.However,the curriculum leadership of vocational students to improve should be strengthened from cultivating their curriculum awareness,building a learning community platform,attaching great importance to and strengthening their participation in curriculum leadership research.
