Current Status of Tourette Syndrome in Imageology

Tourette综合症(TS)是一种复杂的神经发育缺陷症,常常表现为突发的不自主的重复性动作和发音肌抽搐。对于TS的影像学改变是近来的研究热点,作为无创的研究方法,具有方便、安全、重复性高等特点,是病因研究的可靠的途径之一。目前,主流的影像学研究方法有功能磁共振成像技术、弥散张量成像、正电子发射型计算机断层显像以及核磁共振波谱法。在此,我们列举了常规的对TS的影像学检查方式以及目前得到的研究结果。

Tourette syndrome(TS)is a complex neuro developmental disorder.Such patients often manifest sudden involuntary repetitive movements and vocal convulsions.As a non-invasive research method,the imaging changes of TS have been a hot topic in recent years.As a convenient,safe and reproducible method,it is one of the reliable ways to study the etiology of TS.At present,the main imaging research methods in-clude functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,positron emission computed tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Here,we enumerate the conventional imaging methods of TS and the results of current research.
