机械类专业“三创”能力内涵与指标体系研究

Research on the Connotation and Index of “Three Creations” Ability of Mechanical Specialty

“三创”能力是当今大学生应该具备的重要素质之一,该能力的培养有利于学生的职业发展,有利于区域经济与产业的转型升级。针对机械类专业的特点,文章分析了“三创”能力培养的必要性与可行性,提出了机械类专业“三创”能力与职业发展的内涵指标及评价办法,进行了实证研究。研究表明机械类专业学生的“三创”能力与职业发展存在正相关。本研究为机械类专业人才培养计划的修订,以及课外创新体系的建设提供参考。

The cultivation of the ability of"Three Creations",one of the important qualities for current college students,is helpful for their career development,and advantageous to the regional economy and industrial transformation and upgrading.Focusing on the features of the mechanical students,this study analyzed the necessity and feasibility of developing the ability of"Three Creations"in mechanical specialty,and put forward the connotation and evaluation criteria of the ability of"Three Creations"and the level of professional development in mechanical specialty.Through investigation and statistical analysis,it is found that the ability of"Three Creations"is positively correlated with the level of career development.This study provides a reference for the revision of the training plan of mechanical professionals and the construction of extracurricular innovation system.
