高校分子生物学实验教学改革的几点思考 被引量:8

摘要 针对高校分子生物学实验课程教学中存在的问题,如教育理念陈旧、资源配置重复浪费、实验体系缺乏系统性以及教学方法和考核方式单一等,提出从转变实验教学理念、优化资源配置、根据专业特点和结合教师科研设置综合性实验、改进实验教学方法和建立科学合理的考核方式等几个方面的教学改革措施,以期达到进一步提高本科院校分子生物学实验教学质量和学生综合能力的目的。 It is pointed out that problems like old educational concepts,irrational allocation of resources,unscientific experimental operating system,single teaching method and course evaluation system exist in the experimental teaching of molecular biology in universities.Therefore,a series of reform measures are suggested to achieve the aim of further improving teaching quality of molecular experiment and the comprehensive ability of students in uni-versities,such as converting the concept of experimental teaching,optimizing the allocation of resources,setting up comprehensive experiment according to specialty characteristics and teachers'scientific research,improving the methods of experimental teaching,and establishing scientific and reasonable assessment methods.
