冰敷护理在减轻前臂预构骨皮瓣修复术患者术后疼痛中的应用效果

Ice compress nursing in the repair of ulnar and radius bone defect with prefabricated bone flaps

目的探讨冰敷护理在前臂预构骨皮瓣修复术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月-2015年9月采用前臂预构骨皮瓣修复治疗的12例尺桡骨骨缺损患者为研究对象,将2012年4月-2013年12月收治的6例患者设为对照组,采用常规护理。将2014年1月-2015年9月收治的6例患者设为观察组,在对照组的基础上采用冰敷护理。观察2组术后疼痛评分及恢复情况。结果观察组术后48h的疼痛评分低于对照组(t=2.771,P=0.010)。2组术后皮瓣均全部成活,前臂功能优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=0.665,P=0.699)。结论冰敷护理能显著缓解前臂预构骨皮瓣修复术患者术后的疼痛,且不影响治疗效果和术后效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying the ice compress nursing in the repair of ulnar and radius bone defects with prefabricated bone flaps.Methods Twelve radius and ulna bone defect patients treated with prefabricated bone flaps in our department were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(treated between January 2014 and September 2015)and a control group(treated between April 2012 and December 2013),each of 6.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with the ice compress nursing.The postoperative pain of the two groups was observed,and the recovery of the patients was compared.Results Forty-eight hours after the operation,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.771,P=0.010).All the skin flaps survived,and no significant difference was observed in the excellency of the arm function(Z=0.665,P=0.699).Conclusion The ice compress nursing can significantly relieve the postoperative pain of patients with bone defects undergoing repair using the prefabricated bone flaps,without no bad effect on the prognosis.
