基于静态性格与动态情绪的坐标护理在脑卒中抑郁患者中的应用研究

Application of coordinate nursing based on static personality and dynamic emotion in stroke survivors with depression

目的探讨基于静态性格与动态情绪的坐标护理在脑卒中抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院神经内科2017年1月-2018年3月收治的急性脑卒中后抑郁患者78例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各39例,对照组接受常规心理护理,试验组接受基于静态性格与动态情绪的坐标护理干预,比较2组干预后抑郁评分及对心理护理的满意度。结果干预后,试验组抑郁评分显著低于对照组(t=-4.955,P<0.001),对心理护理的满意度显著高于对照组。结论应用基于静态性格与动态情绪的坐标护理对脑卒中抑郁患者进行干预,可显著改善患者抑郁程度,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the coordinate nursing based on the static personality and dynamic emotion on stroke survivors with depression.Methods Totally 78 patients with acute post-stroke depression admitted to our department of neurology between January 2017 and March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 39,according to a random number table.The control group received routine psychological nursing,while the experimental group received nursing care based on the static personality and dynamic emotion.The depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the depression score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-4.955,P<0.001),while the nursing satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion The coordinate nursing based on the static personality and dynamic emotion can significantly relieve the depression and promote the nursing satisfaction of stroke survivors with depression.
