基于积极心理学理论的康复护理对精神分裂症患者幸福进取感及健康状态的影响

The effect of applying the rehabilitation nursing based on the positive psychology on the well-being and health of schizophrenic patients

目的基于积极心理学理论的康复护理对精神分裂症患者幸福进取感及健康状态的影响。方法选取2016年2月-2018年2月我院收治的96例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分成研究组与对照组各48例。对照组予以常规性健康教育与一般心理护理,研究组则在对照组基础上予以基于积极心理学理论的康复护理。比较2组幸福进取感、健康状态、抑郁发生率、疾病复发率的差异。结果干预后研究组自我肯定、幸福感、克服困难、学习成长、人际关系评分均高于对照组,自测健康评定量表评分高于对照组(t=4.293,P<0.001),抑郁发生率、精神分裂症复发率均低于对照组(χ^2=5.225,P=0.022;χ^2=6.400,P=0.011)。结论康复护理中采用积极心理学理论可有效提升精神分裂症患者的幸福进取感,改善其健康状态,同时有效降低抑郁发生率以及复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of applying the rehabilitation nursing based on the positive psychology on the well-being and health of schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital between February 2016 and 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each of 48,according to a random number table.All patients received conventional health education and general psychological care,while those of the study group were additionally provided with the rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the positive psychology theory.Differences in well-being,health state,incidence of depression,recurrence rate before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-affirmation,happiness,overcoming difficulties,learning and growing and interpersonal relationship of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 for all),the self-rated health measurement scale score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the incidence of depression and recurrence rate of schizophrenia of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=5.225,P=0.022;χ^2=6.400,P=0.011).Conclusion The application of the positive psychology in the rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the sense of well-being,improve their health and lower the incidence of depression and recurrence rate of schizophrenia.It is worthy of clinical application.
