揿针围刺治疗急性期带状疱疹患者的疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of treating acute herpes zoster using surrounding acupuncture with subcutaneous needling

目的观察揿针围刺疗法治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法收集2017年2月至2018年2月就诊于我院疼痛科及皮肤科门诊的急性期带状疱疹患者60例,将其随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上运用揿针围刺疗法,比较2组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间及疼痛评分。结果观察组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);而VAS评分低于对照组(t=2.269,P=0.027)。结论揿针围刺疗法联合常规护理是治疗急性期带状疱疹的有效方法,可控制急性炎症,提高日常生存质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of treating acute herpes zoster using surrounding acupuncture with subcutaneous needling.Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital between February 2017 and February 2018 were randomized into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with surrounding acupuncture with subcutaneous needling.The time of response,incrustation and decrustation,as well as the visual analogue scale(VAS)score were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The time of response,incrustation and decrustation in the observation group were significantly earlier than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.269,P=0.027).Conclusion The combination of surrounding acupuncture with subcutaneous needling and routine nursing is an effective method for the treatment of acute herpes zoster.It can control acute inflammation and improve daily life quality.
