动态多元宣教在ICU患者家属中的应用研究

Application of dynamic multivariate education in family members of ICU patients

目的观察动态多元宣教在ICU患者家属中的应用效果。方法将动态多元宣教实施前(2016年7月-2017年6月)和实施后(2017年7月-2018年6月)收住于我院ICU的患者家属各40例纳为研究样本,按实施前后分别设为对照组与实验组,对照组接受传统ICU宣教干预,实验组接受动态多元宣教干预,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果干预后,实验组疾病不确定感评分和护理投诉率均显著低于对照组(t=-16.706,P<0.001;χ^2=4.114,P=0.043),探视制度遵守率、宣教满意率均显著高于对照组(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012;χ^2=11.114,P=0.001)。结论采用动态多元宣教方式对ICU患者家属进行干预,可显著降低该类家属疾病不确定感水平与护理投诉率,提高探视管理质量与宣教满意率。

Objective To observe the effect of applying dynamic multiple education in the family of intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods Forty patients admitted to ICU in our hospital between July 2016 and June 2017 were selected into a control group,while another 40 admitted between July 2017 and June 2018 were chosen into an experimental group.The family members of the control group received traditional ICU health education,while those of the experimental group were provided with dynamic multivariate health education.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The scores of disease uncertainty and nursing complaints of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention(t=-16.706,P<0.001;χ^2=4.114,P=0.043).The compliance to the visitation system and the satisfaction towards the health education of the former were significantly higher than the latter(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012;χ^2=11.114,P=0.001).Conclusion The dynamic multivariate health education can significantly reduce the level of disease uncertainty and nursing complaint rate of the family members,improve the quality of visiting management and satisfaction towards the health education.
