胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折临床手术治疗期间椎弓根钉棒系统的应用效果。方法方便选择该院于2017年2月—2018年10月期间收治胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者43例为研究对象,对患者施行后路切开复位、椎弓根钉棒系统内固定以及选择性椎管减压、后外侧椎骨融合术治疗,比对患者治疗前后的椎体前缘高度以及后凸角度数。结果治疗前,患者的椎体前缘高度为(20.23±4.55)mm,后凸角度数为(17.98±2.28)°;治疗后,患者的椎体前缘高度为(32.28±3.34)mm,后凸角度数为(5.32±2.92)°;相应数据进行组间比对,差异与统计学意义(t=13.999,22.409,P<0.05)。结论在胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折临床手术治疗期间椎弓根钉棒系统具有较好的应用效果,有利于患者获取更好的预后质量,临床应大力推广使用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of pedicle screw system during the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar multi-segment spinal fracture.Methods A total of 43 patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures from February 2017 to October 2018 were convenient enrolled in our hospital.The patients underwent posterior open reduction,pedicle screw system fixation and selection,treatment of decompression of the spinal canal and posterolateral vertebral fusion.The height of the anterior border of the vertebral body and the number of kyphosis before and after treatment was compared.Results Before treatment,the height of the anterior border of the patient was(20.23±4.55)mm,and the number of kyphosis was(17.98±2.28)°.After treatment,the height of the anterior border of the patient was(32.28±3.34)mm,the number of kyphosis was(5.32±2.92)°.The corresponding data were compared between groups,and the difference was statistical significance(t=13.999,22.409,P<0.05).Conclusion The pedicle screw system has a good application effect in the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar multi-segment spinal fractures.It is beneficial to patients to obtain better prognosis quality,and should be promoted and used clinically.
