内镜下氩气凝固术联合高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床研究

Clinical Study of Endoscopic Argon Coagulation Combined with High Frequency Electric Knife in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Polyps

目的通过对胃肠息肉患者分别实施内镜下氩气凝固术联合高频电刀和单纯高频电刀治疗,观察其临床效果,探究不同治疗方案的临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2017年1月—2018年9月的胃肠息肉患者中随机抽取68例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组34例:实施单纯高频电刀治疗,观察组34例:实施内镜下氩气凝固术联合高频电刀,比较两组的术后疼痛、穿孔、出血、胃肠胀气以及患者治愈率和复发率情况。结果观察组疼痛率为2.94%低于对照组(23.53%)(χ^2=7.445,P<0.05),穿孔率为0.00%低于对照组(2.94%)(χ^2=6.593,P<0.05),出血率为0.00%低于对照组(8.82%)(χ^2=7.538,P<0.05),胃肠胀气发生率为2.94%低于对照组(17.65%)(χ^2=9.643,P<0.05);观察组复发率为0.00%低于对照组(8.82%)(χ^2=7.538,P<0.05),治愈率为97.06%高于对照组(70.59%)(χ^2=7.306,P<0.05)。结论内镜下氩气凝固术联合高频电刀在治疗胃肠息肉过程中,操作过程简单,安全性高,可有效减少术后并发症发生率和复发率,提高治愈率,是一项值得广泛应用的治疗胃肠息肉的科学治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic argon coagulation combined with high frequency electrotome and simple high frequency electrotome in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,and explore the clinical characteristics of different treatment options.Methods A total of 68 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group(34 cases,with simple high frequency electrotome therapy)and observation group(34 cases,with endoscopic argon coagulation combined with high frequency electrotome).Endoscopic argon coagulation combined with high frequency electrotome was used to compare the pain,perforation,hemorrhage,gastrointestinal distension,the cure rate and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups.Results The pain rate of the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than that of the control group(23.53%)(χ^2=7.445,P<0.05).The perforation rate was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(2.94%)(χ^2=6.593,P<0.05).The bleeding rate was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(8.82%)(χ^2=7.538,P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal distention was 2.94%,which was lower than that of the control group(17.65%)(χ^2=9.643,P<0.05).And the recurrence rate of the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(8.82%)(χ^2=7.538,P<0.05).The cure rate was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(χ^2=7.306,P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic argon coagulation combined with high-frequency electric knife in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,simple operation process,high safety,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,improve the cure rate,which is worthy of wide application of the scientific treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.
