旋转皮瓣在头面部恶性皮肤肿瘤切除创面修复中的应用价值评价

Evaluation of the Application Value of Rotating Skin Flaps in Repairing the Wounds after Resection of Malignant Skin Tumors on the Head and Face

目的主要研究旋转皮瓣在头面部恶性肿瘤切除术创面修复中的临床应用价值。方法方便选取该院于2016年1月—2017年6月间收治的32例接受头面部恶性皮肤肿瘤切除术治疗的患者,对患者实施旋转皮瓣治疗干预,评估该疗法在创面修复中的应用效果。结果在该组的32例患者中,所有患者的旋转皮瓣均成活,无坏死现象;随访过程中,未发现肿瘤复发患者病例,且患者对创面修复结果满意,总满意率达到了96.88%(31/32)。结论旋转皮瓣在头面部恶性皮肤肿瘤切除创面修复中发挥着重要作用,不仅能够满足患者对美观的需求,还能达到提高患者生活质量的目的,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of rotating skin flaps in the wound repair after resection of head and face malignant tumors.Methods Thirty-two patients with malignant skin tumors on the head and face who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and treated with rotating skin flaps to evaluate the effect of this therapy in wound repair.Results All the 32 patients survived without necrosis.During the follow-up,no recurrence cases were found,and the patients were satisfied with the results of wound repair,with a total satisfaction rate of 96.88%(31/32).Conclusion Rotary skin flaps play an important role in repairing the wounds after excision of malignant skin tumors on the head and face.They can not only satisfy the aesthetic needs of patients,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
