摘要
目的对比分析乳腺癌临床诊断中动态增强MRI以及乳腺钼靶的应用价值。方法方便选择于2016年1月—2018年12月期间在接受检查的乳腺肿块患者103例,分别对患者行病理活检检查、乳腺钼靶检查以及动态增强MRI检查,以病理活检结果为金标准,对比分析动态增强MRI、乳腺钼靶在乳腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。结果病理活检结果显示,103例患者共有125处病灶,其中包括47处乳腺癌,78处良性肿块;动态增强MRI检查结果显示103例患者共有116处病灶,其中包括41处乳腺癌,75处良性肿块,乳腺癌检出率为87.23%;乳腺钼靶检查结果显示,103例患者共有108处病灶,其中包括34处乳腺癌,74处良性肿块,乳腺癌检出率为72.34%;动态增强MRI乳腺癌检出率与病理活检结果差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.409,P>0.05);乳腺钼靶乳腺癌检出率与病理活检结果差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.086,P<0.05);动态增强MRI乳腺癌检出率与乳腺钼靶结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.232,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌临床检测中,动态增强MRI的应用价值高于乳腺钼靶,可以为临床诊断提供相对较为可靠的参考。
Objective To compare and analyze the value of dynamic enhanced MRI and mammography in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Convenient select a total of 103 patients with breast masses who underwent examination from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients underwent pathological biopsy,mammography,and dynamic MRI.The results of pathological biopsy were the gold standard.Comparative analysis of the value of dynamic enhanced MRI,mammography in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer was used.Results Pathological biopsy showed that there were 125 lesions in 103 patients,including 47 breast cancers and 78 benign masses.Dynamic enhanced MRI showed that 103 patients had 116 lesions,including 41 breast cancers,75 benign masses,and breast cancer detection rate was 87.23%.Mammography results showed that 103 patients had 108 lesions,including 34 breast cancers,74 benign masses,and breast cancer detection rate was 72.34%.There was no significant difference between the detection rate of dynamic enhanced MRI breast cancer and pathological biopsy(χ^2=1.409,P>0.05).The detection rate of breast mammography and pathological biopsy results were statistically significant(χ^2=15.086,P<0.05).The difference between the detection rate of dynamic enhanced MRI breast cancer and mammography was statistically significant(χ^2=4.232,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical detection of breast cancer,the application value of dynamic enhanced MRI is higher than that of mammography,which can provide a relatively reliable reference for clinical diagnosis.
