摘要 目的研究颅内动脉粥样硬化的高分辨MRI成像。方法研究对象为方便选取颅内动脉粥样硬化患者,例数50例,采用抽签分组方式对研究对象50例进行分组,患者收取时间在2018年1—12月,分为观察组(25例颅内动脉粥样硬化患者)、对照组(25例颅内动脉粥样硬化患者),分别实施高分辨MRI成像诊断和超声诊断,将两组患者的诊断研究详细记录。结果观察组颅内动脉粥样硬化患者的检出率高于对照组患者检出率(χ^2=7.02;P<0.05);误诊率4.00%以及漏诊率4.00%低于对照组患者;敏感性92.00%和特异性96.00%高于对照组患者(χ^2=5.56、8.00;P<0.05)。结论通过对颅内动脉粥样硬化患者实施高分辨MRI成像诊断后,能早期对患者病情进行判定,具有较高的检出率,能准确发现患者动脉狭窄情况,值得研究。 Objective To study the high resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HRMRI)of intracranial atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with intracranial atherosclerosis were convenient selected from January to December 2018.They were divided into observation group(25 patients with intracranial atherosclerosis)and control group(25 patients with intracranial atherosclerosis)by drawing lots.The observation group received high resolution MRI imaging diagnosis,while the control group received ultrasound diagnosis.Diagnosis of the two groups were recorded in detail.Results The detection rate of patients with intracranial atherosclerosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=7.02;P<0.05).The rate of misdiagnosis was 4.00%and the rate of missed diagnosis was 4.00%,which was lower than that of the control group.Sensitivity was 92.00%and specificity was 96.00%,which were higher than those in the control group(χ^2=5.56,8.00;P<0.05).Conclusion After the diagnosis of intracranial atherosclerosis with high resolution MRI,the patient's condition can be judged at an early stage,with a high detection rate and accurate detection of arterial stenosis.It is worth studying.
