电子喉镜窄带成像技术对喉癌及癌前病变的成像效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨对喉癌与癌前病变患者选择电子喉镜窄带成像技术进行干预后获得的成像效果。方法方便选择该院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的56例疑似喉癌与癌前病变患者作为实验对象;临床分别实施常规电子喉镜检查以及电子喉镜窄带成像技术检查;记录图片资料并行病理活检,以病理诊断为金标准评估两种模式下诊断的符合率;对比成像效果。结果对该次研究收治的56例疑似喉癌与癌前病变患者完成病理诊断后,最终发现84处解剖分区受到累及,其中35处属于浅表型,49处属于溃疡型或者隆起型。对患者完成常规电子喉镜诊断后发现,34处血管形态图像最终表现清晰,40处病变范围图像最终表现清晰;对患者完成电子喉镜窄带成像技术诊断后发现,44处血管形态图像最终表现清晰,50处病变范围图像最终表现清晰;在血管形态图像清晰方面,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.2232,P<0.05);在病变范围图像清晰方面,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.6566,P<0.05)。结论喉癌与癌前病变患者在接受诊断期间,电子喉镜窄带成像技术的有效应用,对于血管形态以及病变范围均可以做到清晰显示,从而对于喉癌疾病的早期确诊奠定基础,进而于早期完成喉癌治疗方案的研究,促进其康复加快。 Objective To investigate the imaging effect of narrow-band electronic laryngoscope imaging in laryngeal cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 56 patients with suspected laryngeal cancer and precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were convenient selected as experimental subjects.Conventional electronic laryngoscopy and narrow-band electronic laryngoscopy imaging were performed in clinic.Photographic data were recorded and pathological biopsy was performed to evaluate the coincidence rate of the two modes with the gold standard of pathological diagnosis.The imaging effects were compared.Results After pathological diagnosis of 56 suspected laryngeal cancer and precancerous lesions,84 anatomical zones were eventually found to be involved,of which 35 were superficial and 49 were ulcerative or protuberant.After routine electronic laryngoscopy diagnosis,34 vascular morphological images were found to be clear and 40 lesion range images were clear.After electronic laryngoscopy narrowband imaging diagnosis,44 vascular morphological images were found to be clear and 50 lesion range images were clear.In the aspect of clear vascular morphological images,significant differences were found between groups.The difference was significant(χ^2=4.223 2,P<0.05).And there was a significant difference in the clear image of the lesion area between the two groups(χ^2=5.656 6,P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer and precancerous lesions,the effective application of electronic laryngoscope narrowband imaging technology can clearly display the vascular morphology and lesion scope,thus laying the foundation for the early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer,and then completing the study of the treatment plan of laryngeal cancer in the early stage,promoting its recovery.
