摘要
采用分光光度法对人们经常食用的几种肉制品中亚硝酸钠含量进行了检测,分析了在亚硝酸钠含量检测实验教学中容易产生的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,为提高实验教学效果提供参考和借鉴。
The content of sodium nitrite in several kinds of meat products was detected by spectrophotometry.The problems that are easy to occur in the experiment teaching of sodium nitrite content detection were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward to provide references for improving the effect of experiment teaching.
