摘要
采用单因素试验初步筛选出鸡枞菌液体发酵的最佳碳源、氮源、生长因子分别为葡萄糖、豆粕和维生素B1。在此试验基础上,通过三因素三水平正交试验优化液体发酵培养基组成,以提高菌株的生物量。试验结果表明,液体培养基最佳组成配比为葡萄糖40.0 g/L,豆粕20.0 g/L,维生素B11.0 mg/L,此时鸡枞菌液体发酵的生物量为27.43 g/L。
The optimal carbon source,nitrogen source and growth factor of liquid fermentation of Termitomyces albuminousus were selected as glucose,soybean meal and vitamin B1 by single factor experiment.On this basis,three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the composition of the medium,so as to improve dry weight of mycelium.The experimental results showed that the optimal liquid medium consisted of glucose 40.0 g/L,soybean meal 20.0 g/L and vitamin B11.0 mg/L.On this condition,the mycelium dry weight of Termitomyces albuminousus was 27.43 g/L.
