本文探索了上海普陀区绿色生态城区的管控机制,强调了“设计+验收”两个环节的严格把控,提出了在施工图设计文件备案之前审查绿色建筑设计文件,竣工验收阶段增加“绿色建筑专项验收”环节,前者目的是确保绿色建筑相关内容落实到设计文件中,后者目的是确保绿色建筑相关内容的有效实施和落地。

This paper explores management and control mechanism of the green Eco-city zone in Putuo District of Shanghai,emphasizes the strict control of the two links of"design+acceptance",puts forward that the Green Building design documents should be examined before the documentation of construction drawing design,and the"special acceptance of Green Building"link should be added in the stage of completion acceptance.The former is to ensure that the relevant content of Green Building is implemented in the design document,while the latter is to ensure the effective implementation and landing of the related content of Green Building.
