摘要 针对现阶段超低能耗建筑项目越来越多,但被动式技术和主动式技术措施在实际项目中的实施情况及性能的提升对建筑整体能效的影响还不是非常清晰,通过对夏热冬冷地区项目,在现有节能设计的基础上,采用超低能耗技术如高性能的围护结构、自然通风、新风与排风热回收、可再生能源后,对整个建筑能耗的降低比例进行研究和分析,给设计工作提供参考。 At present there are more and more ultra-low energy building projects,but the impact of passive and active technical measures in the actual project implementation and on the overall energy efficiency of the building is not very clear.Through the project in the hot summer and cold winter zone,on the basis of the existing energy-saving design,certain ultra-low energy technologies such as high-performance envelop,natural ventilation,fresh air and exhaust air heat recovery,renewable energy,are studied and analyzed to reduce the proportion of energy consumption in the whole building,which can provide reference for similar design work.
