氢气和甲醇联产的太阳能化学链甲烷湿重整系统模拟

摘要 提出一种基于化学链技术的新型太阳能甲烷湿重整制合成气合成甲醇的工艺路线,同时会联产氢气。建立各个子系统如化学链重整系统、热回收利用系统、甲醇合成系统及分离系统的模型,并将其应用于Aspen Plus软件进行系统模拟。在900℃、2.0~2.5MPa的反应条件下,与相同条件下传统工业中甲烷湿重整制合成气合成甲醇工艺路线在能耗分析、经济性分析、分析及二氧化碳排放等方面进行对比。可以发现,基于化学链技术的太阳能甲烷湿重整制合成气合成甲醇系统在能耗、节能减排和效率方面较传统工业中甲烷湿重整制合成气有明显的优势。 In this paper,a new process for methanol synthesis from syngas by solar driven steam methane reforming based on chemical looping was proposed,and the high purity hydrogen was also co-produced during the process.Each subsystem,such as chemical looping reforming system,heat recovery system,methanol synthesis system and separation system,was established,and the whole system was simulated by using Aspen Plus software.Energy consumption,economy,efficiency and carbon dioxide emission analysis of the system were carried out and compared with conventional steam methane reforming to synthetize methanol with steam methane reforming of both scheme at 900℃,2.0-2.5 MPa.It can be found that solar driven chemical looping steam methane reforming system has obvious advantages over conventional one in energy consumption,energy saving,emission reduction and efficiency.
