摘要 为提高粉煤灰(fly ash,FA)的综合利用率,通过选用硫酸钠(Na2SO4)作为激发剂,并掺入一定比例的偏高岭土(metakaolin,MK)来提高固结体的早期强度。通过对浆液进行流动度测试及对固结体进行早期强度测试,对比分析粉煤灰和偏高岭土在不同比例掺量下对浆液流动度和固结体早期强度的影响规律。结果表明:Na2SO4的掺入降低了浆液的流动度与浆液经时损失率,而对固结体的早期强度具有提升作用;粉煤灰掺量为10%时,浆液的流动度提升更为明显;当粉煤灰掺量小于20%时,偏高岭土的掺入对固结体的早期强度具有提升作用;当偏高岭土掺量小于4%时,固结体的早期强度有明显提升。 In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of fly ash(FA),the activator sodium sulfate and a certain proportion of metakaolin(MK)were selected to enhance the early strength of the induration.Fluidity test of mixing slurry and the early strength test of induration were conducted to analyze change rules of the fluidity of slurry and the early strength of induration under different mixing amounts of fly ash and metakaolin.The results show that the incorporation of sodium sulfate will reduce the fluidity and gradual loss of the slurry,improving the early strength of the induration.When the fly ash content is 10%,the fluidity of slurry will increase more obviously.When the fly ash content is less than 20%,metakaolin incorporation can improve the early strength of the induration.When the content of metakaolin is less than 4%,the early strength of the induration will increase significantly.
